CYA: College/Young Adult Ministry
Hi there. I'm Andy, and I'm the pastor of the College/Young Adult Ministry at Cornerstone. I'm so glad that you are interested in this ministry of the church. If we haven't met yet, let's get coffee together at Parchments Cafe at Cornerstone. Tuesdays - Fridays are best for me - let me know if there's a time when you could hang out.

WELCOME:: Wherever you are living in the Bay Area, we would love to get you connected with other Christians in the area, as well as the adult leaders who have made themselves available to be a source of wisdom and support in your life. Most of all, we are in pursuit of God, and seek to encounter the Living God as a community that worships, serves and enjoys life together.
[College/Young Adult] Ministry is comprised of two age groups: 18-23 years old, and 24-29 years old. (Look for this designation when you’re checking out different Life Groups and gatherings.) Both age groups have three forms of gatherings in the [College/Young Adult] ministry: [College/Young Adult] Night, Life Groups, and the Weekend Services at Cornerstone.
LIFE GROUPS:: :: Taking part in a Life Group will give you the opportunity to grow in your faith alongside other people who are at a similar place in life. At Life Groups we eat, study the Bible and pray together, and create regular opportunities to serve and have fun together. We meet on a regular basis in homes throughout the Bay Area. Currently, there are weekly Life Groups that are meeting in Livermore, Pleasanton, Danville, Castro Valley and Brentwood. (More locations to come!)

[College/Young Adult] Night:: Twice a month, all of our Life Groups get together at Cornerstone on a Tuesday evening to eat together, worship, pray, and study the Bible. We do this as a larger gathering with a living room atmosphere.

WEEKEND SERVICES:: A large group of us will always sit together at the 11am service on Sundays at Cornerstone. We sit on the left side, usually pretty close to the front and near the projection screen. Be on the lookout for some people you've met at a Life Group, and you'll know you're in the right place.
